Under Article 5/2 of the KVKK: processing directly related to the formation or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and legitimate interest.
Transfers
Your data is not transferred to third parties except where required by law. As form submissions are sent via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), your data may be processed on that provider's servers.
Collection method
Data is collected through the website form and electronic communication channels when you submit it.
Retention
Data is retained for as long as required for the processing purpose and by applicable law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction, object, and claim compensation.
