Legal deadline
Last day of objection, response, appeal and filing periods from the date of service.
How are deadlines counted?
For periods in days, the day of service is not counted. Periods in weeks, months and years end on the corresponding day. If the last day is a public holiday, the period ends on the next working day.
Civil and administrative deadlines falling within the judicial recess (20 July – 31 August) are extended by one week from its end. Objection periods in enforcement proceedings continue to run.
