Annual leave entitlement and pay
Annual leave days earned by length of service and the pay for unused leave.
How many days am I entitled to?
Under the Labour Law, employees with at least one year of service get 14 days for 1–5 years, 20 days for over 5 and under 15 years, and 26 days for 15 years or more. Employees under 18 or over 50 get at least 20 days.
Pay for unused leave is due on termination, based on the last gross wage.
