Overtime pay at 50% or 25% premium from your monthly wage and overtime hours.
How is overtime calculated?
Work over 45 hours a week is overtime, paid at 150% of the hourly wage. Where the contract sets fewer than 45 hours, extra time up to 45 hours is paid at 125%. The hourly wage is the monthly gross divided by 225.
Annual overtime may not exceed 270 hours. The employee may opt for 1.5 hours off per overtime hour instead.
